What do I get with my ticket purchase?
Your ticket includes entrance to the event, food at the communal feast on Friday night and access to camping grounds.

How far away is AWW?

Rutherglen is approximately 3 hours north-east from Melbourne.

How long does the event run?

AWW runs from 4pm on Friday 1 Nov to 12pm on Monday 4 Nov.

Do I get a physical ticket?
There is no need for a physical ticket. You will just need to show proof of purchase, along with identification matching the name listed on the ticket on arrival.

Can I bring alcohol?
AWW is not a BYO event. We’ve got you covered with a selection of local wine, beer and sprits at our bar and bottleshop on site.

Are the any other options to camping?
There will be a limited number of on-site accommodation options being advertised a little closer to the event. If you miss out on those, and still don’t want to camp, you're welcome to stay in Rutherglen and commute to and from the event at your own leisure.

Dietary Requirements?
Food over the course of the weekend is designed to incorporate as many dietary requirements as possible. If you have any specific concerns or questions, please contact us and we will see what we can do

Can I bring food?
Yes, you are welcome to bring food of your own to the event. There will also be a wide selection of food available to purchase throughtout the weekend. Remember that dinner on Friday night is included in your ticket price.

Is the event 18+ ?
The event is not 18+, but only those with a valid form of identification proving their age will be allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages at the bar.


Bringing the kids?
Kids under 12 can attend free! email us to confirm first as we are restricted by capacity.


Do I have to bring camping equipment?
Yes. There will be space to camp, but you will have to bring all your own equipment to do so.
