Completing his first vintage when he was 18 and having worked on vineyards in Austria, Portugal and Tasmania, Jordy Kay of Chevre is no newcomer to the wine world.

His philosophy involves growing grapes with minimal intervention to consciously preserve the vines and the soils in which they grow. The results are incredibly complex wines with all the flavours of care and dedication that have gone into them.
